Troubleshooting off-campus access

Off-campus access to electronic holdings is available to currently enrolled students and faculty and staff of Texas A&M University and its affiliated agencies [TAES, TEEX, TTI, etc.].

Troubleshooting

Status: Verify your university affiliation status.

NetID and password: Activate your NetID or change your password online.

MSL/HSC members: See MSL's Off-Campus Access page for assistance.

Supported browsers: Use or upgrade to Internet Explorer 7 or later, Firefox 8 or later, Safari 5.1 or later, or Google Chrome 16 or later.

Browser settings: Enable JavaScript and allow cookies.

Accept certificates (if applicable): Internet Explorer - ignore warning and accept certificate. Firefox - add certificate as exception.

Database access/firewall testing: Ensure access to databases containing electronic resources by testing the links.
